Very nice hotel for a very reasonable price.
Found the best rate for our stay was on (---) and would definitely recommend the Avenida as a good quality, good value hotel.
Good location, great price for a 4-star hotel near the city center and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Having a maid take my dirty laundry off to the hotel laundry without my consent and then being expected to pay for it.
Situated just 5 minutes walk from Bilbao's modern Metro and the location of the hotel is a quiet neighborhood not too far from the old town.
The location was nice, right next to the park and close to the old city and metro stop.
