Upgraded to two wonderful suites overlooking pool/ocean front area, the hotel is in a great location and kirk from guest services is lovely.

20 minute drive from the wonderful, the location is perfect and the beach is the best place to sun bathe.

Excellent location, the hotel seemed really quiet and the staff were friendly and polite.

We took bus (which says 'taxi') into Bridgetown and there is so much to see there.

After single bunks on the cruise ship, we were so looking forward to a double bed - our friends had been given a room with 2 double beds!

When you wanted the towels changed you just put them in the bath and they were replaced, the cleaners came in every day and the bed linen was changed twice a week.

The room itself was very clean, the bed excellent and the towels lovelly and white and fluffy.

Bed was comfortable and the room very clean.

Our orginal hotel overbook and they put us up in another resort (if you can call it that) no elect in rooms, no locks on doors, flood in the bathroom, one room was in a alley etc.

The room - view of pool and beach/sea - food, beach, staff all great - special mention to Michelle, Dale, Morris on the Pool Bar & Sandra, Sonje restaurant hostessess.

The rooms were clean and adequately furnished with fantastic sea views, the restaurant food was not exactly haute cuisine but was varied and well cooked and there was a good range of evening entertainment from fire eaters to live.

The poolside restaurant had plastic table cloths for breakfast and lunch and these became very sticky with the heat.

The Hotel was very friendly and catered for all our needs , the meals were excellant where you had a wide choice of dishes for breakfast , lunch and dinner.

There was also entertainment on every night but we'd definately recommend a night at St Lawrence Gap, especially Jumbies Bar & Restaurant.

Reception, guest services and shop staff were very competent and friendly.

The service from most of the staff was excellent.

All the staff were very efficient and very friendly and there was a very high standard of hygiene with hair nets being worn by all staff involved with food service.

On arrival we were greeted by very friendly reception staff and were quickly shown to our room.

I thought the lobby/entrance was fine - quite airy with lots of squidgy chairs and sofas - leads directly onto the pool area.

The proximity to the water along with the layout of the terrace and particularly it's pool will require parents to be constantly vigilant.

All that was provided in the evenings was a DJ on the terrace by the pool and there was no dancing or anything.

We stayed in the family resort side of the hotel, which is the newer part, the rooms still fresh and clean.

We paid for a superior room which was lovely and spotlessly clean.
