Swimming pool was very crowdy and useless. So many people coming from outside. Hotel is 4 stars but I can not believe it. I am not famillaer with other hotel in Hanoi, totally if you search, I think u can find better one but consider the price?! I am satisfied with the staff behaviour.

Walls in the room were dirty. A maid does not clean under sofa. I think it is necessary to make cosmetic alterations. Window of the room was faced to the road. So, I did not need to use alarm-clock since the road noise was so loud even at 6 am. It will be great to install plastic windows with ig units filled with gas. Menu in the hotel restaraunt was not big. I used to order only 2 dishes.

No nonsense business hotel with fair facilities and not expensive.

Its location is a bit far from the ancient city where the action actually is. However taxi transport is easily and not expensive available.
