Located away from the hustle and bustle, this hotel offers peace and relaxation as it secludes guests down the Jinyun mountain. Guests can enjoy a modern and clean resort with a romantic atmosphere, complemented by exceptional service and friendly English-speaking staff. The rooms are spacious and feature comfortable beds with fluffy pillows, while the bathrooms are well-equipped with hot spring tubs on the balcony. The buffet breakfast has a good spread and Chinese restaurant offers quality food, with great presentation and service.

Some guests may experience disturbance from the ongoing construction work in the hotel; however, the management team tries their best to apologize and minimize the inconvenience.

This hotel provided me with a luxurious and exclusive experience. The spa center was exceptional, offering a variety of treatments and a relaxing atmosphere. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and hot spring bath were perfect for a relaxing stay. The restaurant was exceptional, providing delicious meals with excellent service. The private facilities were a unique advantage, including an in-room breakfast and sun terrace. The garden area was well-maintained and added to the serene atmosphere.

The only minor issue was the lack of activities and entertainment options provided by the hotel. But this was compensated by the outstanding service provided by the staff, who were always friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met.

The atmosphere is excellent, quiet and calm with a quality vacation experience. Staff are very helpful and always available. The breakfast is small but offers a variety of food options. The terrace and tub are the best parts, especially on rainy days in Beibei.

The hotel is quite remote and difficult to get to. Checking in took more time than expected.

The atmosphere at this hotel was perfect for a relaxing vacation, with beautiful traditional Chinese and Buddhist design. I particularly enjoyed the terrace and tub, especially on rainy days. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, like Eric at reception, and the buffet breakfast was great with diverse options. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near the Bei Bei metro and Jinyun mountain.

Spent Christmas in a mountain resort with stunning views. The fresh air and quiet surroundings were exactly what we needed to unwind. Loved the advanced and eco-friendly facilities, especially the hot springs pool in our balcony that was perfect for a romantic and relaxing evening. Breakfast had basic Chinese and Western options, but the buffet had great variety. Staff was helpful and attentive. Convenient location near the airport.

Slightly disappointed by the limited options for lunch and dinner. Would have preferred more variety and quality for these meals.
