  Location were excellent and the food was good throughout the hotel. The service was amazing and the room itself was beautiful and was perfect for my requirements.

  Breakfast was very poor indeed, concierge were quite bad.

  A meal at vertigo, the rooftop restaurant, was memorable for its amazing views of Bangkok by night, finally, the outdoor pool, halfway up hotel, was a wonderful place and as we remembered the staff were welcoming friendly. The breakfast room was also the best breakfast i have ever had.

  The room had the most stunning city view and was as comfortable as we remembered, the Vertigo restaurant was a great place for cocktails, the staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and the service was excellent.

  The service, food, and views were all excellent, the hotel was lovely, the staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. The air conditioning was barely adequate and was impossible to get the room really cool, the breakfasts at Rom Sai were really good.

  The spa is one of the best in the city and the workout room is nice, the views from here are spectacular and the atmosphere is quite special too. The hotell staff are good, the beds are very cozy and the bathroom very spacious and clean, the food, service and ambiance are stunning and was a perfect introduction to Bangkok.

  Best views of Bangkok at night, fantastic Hotel and only the reception has a good level of service. The tub is nice and long, is great for a soothing herbal bath, the spa is incredible.
