We had nicely furnished room with good beds and linen. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable, would go back in flash.

The location is favourable and stunning, at a medium distance from Cartagena's Gold Museum. 10 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in a tropical area where mosquitos can bring diseases. The hotel offers variety of food that was OUTSTANDING.

had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel in Cartagena. Radisson Individuals exceeded my expectations with their attentive staff and comfortable rooms. The rooftop pool and sauna were a great addition to the relaxing spa holidays. Definitely coming back for another enjoyable stay.

Tours were a bit pricey compared to other options in the area.

I almost didn't book based on the hotel's own website, but once there was more than impressed by what the hotel delivered. Great location, fantastic sized rooms, always clean. The staff were extremely and helpful, and the whole design of the hotel beautiful. My room was a little dark and the TV was quite small, but I wasn't in Cartagena to watch TV! I loved the rooftop pool and the swing in one of the garden courtyards.

The restaurant was not always open for dinner.

Central location, at a medium distance from a grand 16th - century church. Based very close to the historic centre, bars in the surroundings and the airport following check-out. Extremely comfy bed, tiled bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe in the room. Variety of options for good breakfast.

our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. the staff treated us like family, the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the rooftop pool was a tranquil oasis. radisson individuals truly exceeded our expectations and made our city break in cartagena unforgettable.

Bantu is well located within the old city of Cartagena. Everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants and bars are convenient and close by.

The hotel is very pretty but could use some updating. It could use new paint and new light fixtures, for example.

Excellent location. Personal very helpful. They helped us to get a room to take a shower after checkout.

I didn't like we had a problem with the shower. Everything else was ok.
