  The staff were super friendly and helpful, my room was spacious and clean.

  The hotel has no elevator and the beds were not sufficient to be used by two persons, the breakfast was very disappointing and did not eat.

  Friendly, helpfull staff and the room was big and clean.

  We booked this hotel as was the least expensive in touristy Banff and the breakfast was very disappointing and did not eat.

  The comfortable beds and location, well stocked liquor store, windows directly facing the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Excellent value for money, good price and the staff were exceptionally pleasant and efficient. Room was quite big and the restaurant and lounge also had a great ambiance.

  Our room 404 overlooked the mountain is a lovely way to wake up and the location does allow for a quick exit to destinations in Banff National Park. Cheapest hotel i could find and in town and nice that included breakfast, the pool is okay and the hot tub was working. The facility is good as well.

  The lobby and hallways are disgusting, front Desk Staff are not Professional, we askes for a fridge for reason of keeping medicens cool. The mattress is old.

  I liked the location and rates, hotel employee very kind, unique dishes at a reasonable price, and really nice ambiance. Specially the front desk, clean comfortable room and some outside seating by the small restaurant. Fresh fruits cocktail and heated pool.

  View from our small balcony was majestic and the price was less than other hotels in the area. Staff were polite and professional, inside the room was hot no ac we need to open the window to have some fresh air, the complimentary breakfast was good.

  Good location and nice Hotel. I loved the personnel and hot tub. Great breakfast, the outdoor heated pool is really superb.
