Banff Ptarmigan Inn - 班夫

The location is great and the hotel is situated close to the town centre so is convenient for the shops.

Well situated on Banff main street and great location.

Good location - close to downtown and lots of great places to eat nearby.

They phoned Air Canada to cancel our flight, assisted us to make bookings on a bus and phoned a taxi to pick us up.

The hotel was clean and tidy and there was plenty of free parking in the underground car park which was convenient.

The rooms are dated and really need renovated - the bath was chipped in several places, the vent cover missing in the bathroom, carpet was coming up in the bedroom by the TV (and we were staying in a Superior room!

We had a queen bed in a "Superior Room" for 114.

The bed was incredibly comfortable; one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in.

The room was very nice and the bed very comfy.

When I arrive at the hotel, I was assigned to a room with one Queen bed.

Very comfortable warm rooms and the food both in the bar restaurant was superb.

In addition, we tried to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but the wait staff seemed uninterested in looking after us (no menus provided- no service provided) so we left and chose to eat elsewhere.

Best restaurants we ate in were the Old Spagetti Factory, food is great & V good value, but favourite more expensive meal was in the Balkan.

Restaurant was good, service in restaurant and front desk were both excellent.

Additionally the hotel was very comfortable and reception staff were really helpful friendly.

Starting with the very courteous, friendly and helpful front desk and housekeeping staff, right on to the premium double room where we stayed.

Nice lobby, housekeeping staff excellent and plenty of hot water etc.

Moreover room well sized, excellent gyn/sauna and we placed our luggage on the good elevator.

This is a modern low rise hotel on the main road with free car parking in the basement.

4)Wireless Internet was down half the time for no reason.

The rooms were clean and fairly spacious.

The room was clean, good-sized, and nothing in it appeared to be old or worn.

The service was excellent, the room was way clean and comfortable, bar was good.

The staff were very helpful, our room was very clean and breakfast was good.
