It is worth seeing the Cave and Basin national historic site and the Banff park museum. The Banff center boasts performances and events. Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies gives an insight into the history of the Canadian Rockies. Banff Gondola provides an excellent view of the Canadian Rockies and the town of Banff.

Getting there.

From the Calgary International Airport it is advisable to take the coaches or vans that will get you to the hotel. There are numerous rental car companies at the airport. Driving time from the airport to the hotel is approximately 2 hours. The Valley Connector runs between Canmore and Banff.

Getting around.

During ski season there are shuttle buses to the ski resorts. The Banff townsite is small and well walkable. River, forest and mountains are a short walking distance away. The town’s public transit bus system is efficient and runs through the entire town.

  Just as i anticipated from views online, great Stay and concierge and front desk very friendly and helpful. Nice room, excellent bed, complimentary breakfast through online Booked and very good pool and spa.

  The pool/hot tub area was clean and nice after a relaxing day, other than Robin, everything during our stay was great. The front desk staff were super and rooms were fine. Breakfast buffet was good.

  Our private balcony had a wonderful view, the staff, hotel, location and overall feel of the hotel was superb, room was clean and good linens.

  The front desk was rude and in jacuzzi jets smelled like a dirty old rag/mould. The food was quite expensive.
