                  Our superior room had a spectacular view, the Banff National Hotel was a very comfortable nice hotel and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Bathroom were very clean.

                  Great location and beautiful Banff. The staff we friendly, very comfortable beds and much better bar next door at the Ptarmigan and at Chilies. Very generous servings in the restaurant.

                  The convenience store closes too early, at least the first 30 minutes.

                  A fantastic holiday, Banff and the area is everything you could wish for, this place almost ruined a beautiful vacation for my husband and me, the sauna and stean room are good and free.
