Banff Inn is in a good location for Banff / town area.

Banff Inn is in a good location for Banff / town area, the lobby looks more impressive than the rest of the hotel and the staff could not have been any more helpful.

The free breakfast is just right to fill up before a day at one of the hills and the location is good - its on the main road going into banff.

We were allocated this hotel on arrival at Calgary airport by our tour operator, and were very impressed; this was so much nicer than the last allocate-on-arrival we had (Bumper's Inn, further out of town on Banff Avenue).

The only slight downside is that it's about a 10 minute walk to the town, which doesn't sound like much, but when the weathers as cold as Banff you may want to be closer or get a taxi.

The room was big, the bed was comfy, there was a tv, the heating worked and the place was spotless.

The sheets were smelly, room was ugly and the bathroom was disgusting especially the tub.

We stayed in a loft apartment which we all found to be superb and a great accommodation idea and the beds are soooooo comfy!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was comfy.

Our bath was bright red-bit of a shock and a let down compared to how nice the rest of the room was.

Service in the bar are fantastic and an easy walk to restaurants.

But there was a good restaurant two doors down that served a full breakfast if thats what you wanted.

There was a nice bar area which also served breakfast in the morning.

The breakfast was a pretty basic affair, but as the hotel doesn't have a restaurant then you can't expect a full cooked breakfast.

There's no restaurant or bar but there are a number of hotels with these near by.

The reception staff apologised and were able to find another room for us after some re-jigging.

The Hotel receptionist was extremely helpful and the staff were very friendly.

Overall this hotel was very good and the reception staff were nice and helpful.

The only other thing was that one of the four reception staff we encountered seem a little off.

The sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were more than adequate.

The jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms are especialy welcome after a days skiing and the staff were very helpful and polite.

The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, with whirlpool and spa facilities just off the lobby, along with public telephones and internet access.

However I am pleased to say we found the hotel to be extremely clean and tidy; and all the facilities (Bar, hot tub, reception etc.

The staff are friendly, the rooms comfortable, warm and clean and I would recommend this hotel to anyone intending to stay in Banff.

First impressions of Banff Inn were good, staff were all very friendly and the room was clean and quiet.

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and the beds are soooooo comfy.
