Overall the hotel was very good value for money.
This hotel provides good value for your money and is ideally placed in the ski bus schedule for the pick up and drop off, ensuring you maximise your time on or off the slopes.
Restaurant in hotel (The Keg) generally very good food, and excellent value for money.
The Caribou was good value for money in an expensive resort, but not when compared to the other hotels we stayed in during our trip to Alberta.
Situated in a quiet location, beautiful Hotel and reasonable price.
The location was convenient to access from the highway since the hotel is located near the end of Banff Avenue.
This is a pleasant hotel, situated in a quiet location.
The hotel offers you Ski storage and also has a underground carpark (think you have to pay per night).
Offering advice on the best snowboarding locations and the underground parking is convenient they now charge for.
It was complete with powder room, main bathroom, king size bed, counch and table and chairs.
The room was clean and huge - with a sitting room, stairway, king bed and large bathroom (Whitehorn room 407).
Excellent views, log fire (new log replaced daily), upstairs open-plan bedroom, 2 bathrooms, lounge area & bed settee.
When I checked in with my wife, they sent us to a room with two full beds and I immediately called to see if we could have a room with one larger bed for the two of us to sleep in together.
They provide ample bath towels in both the room and near the hot tub.
The Keg restaurant and bar was very nice and great value for breakfast (not your typical hotel restaurant).
Great bar food is served in the Bar, you can also go through to adjoining Keg restaurant for fantastic steaks, probably the best in Banff (try the garlic mash, its awesome).
The Keg is the in house bar and restaurant and, although we tried many places in the town, I would say it was the best place to eat in Banff!
The food in the restaurant was first class and the cheery bar was good.
The restaurant did a good breakfast spread - fruits, cereals cooked dishes etc and did great stakes in the evening.
Nice place to stay, very friendly staff and reasonably priced - service was excellent - rooms were.
If anything was needed for the room the reception staff brought it up immediately (including a pair of bolt-cutters for a broken padlock!
The hotel breakfast buffet was really good value and front desk staff were welcoming.
The lobby was perhaps above average, although small and the spa/pool seemed above average.
There is a gym, swimming pool and spa treatment located downstairs - I have used any of these services so cannot comment on them.
The lobby was bright and comfortable and there was plenty of car parking spaces on arrival.
Downside--no wireless internet and exhorbitant charges for access--C$20 per day.
The view from our room was great and hotel was very clean.
Bar being in the Lodge was brilliant I would recommend this hotel to all, the staff was friendly and our room was clean and comfortable.
Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, food is great and I can't wait to visit again!
I would recommend the Banff Caribou Lodge to anyone, all the staff were so friendly, curtious and efficient in their dealings with us, the rooms clean.
Rooms are comfortable and clean and service is good.
