Banana Bay Resort & Marina Marathon - 马拉松

The location was great and this hotel was hit by the last big hurricane in 2005.

The location is lovely, beautiful boats to look at in the marina and all in all the Banana Bay Resort is fine for most people.

The location is good but is in need of much repair.

The location was excellent, right in the middle of the Keys--so Key West was about 1 hour away and nice beaches were within easy reach.

One night we took a bicycle taxi from downtown back to the hotel and boy was this guy out of breath.

The room was very pretty, with a comfortable bed, and a private balcony looking out to the marina.

Our room was very nice with a canopy bed, roomy and romantic.

The room itself was a typical hotel room complete with a king-size bed held up in the middle with pieces of lumber.

What is nice about Banana Bay is that it is adults only and it is a small resort so it is very quiet and the rooms are fantastic, i've never slept in a 4 poster bed so big!

The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable, the vegetation around the resort gives it a really tropical feel and the pool area is lovely.

A hot tub, great bar and the restaurant had excellent food.

Staff was very friendly, especially Monica in the restaurant and Maria at the continental breakfast (which unfortunately has to be consumed outdoors in pool area even on pretty cold day).

Nice TIki Bar, continental breakfast and pools is large and clean.

As a flight attendant, who experienced a lot of hotels and continental breakfasts, I felt that BB's poolside breakfast was above-average.

It is a fairly casual honky-tonk atmoshere, so we expected "bar food" but were very pleasantly surprised by a gourmet quality meal for a reasonable price.

Pool was nice as was jacuzzi, but sunlungers very old and dated.

The only positives: the staff was friendly, rooms were slightly better than OK and pool was nice as was jacuzzi.

In addition, the "garden view" rooms include many that overlook a parking lot -- nicely landscaped, but still a parking lot.

The staff were kind, the rooms were clean and breakfast by the pool was very pleasant.

Our room was very nice, this meal was the best we ate in the whole of Florida and the pool was warm and clean.
