The rooms at Ban Kong Rao Guesthouse are absolutely fantastic! They have furnished balconies, which are perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning while taking in the mountain views. The beds are super comfortable, and there's plenty of space to relax with a flat-screen TV and a seating area. Plus, the free WiFi is a great bonus for staying connected.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bidets in the bathrooms. But hey, that's just my preference and others might find them useful.

The location in a very very nice area was convenient and perfect and there were shopping malls and a bazaar nearby. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with vegetarian dishes.

We had a great stay at Ban Kong Rao Guesthouse! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good balcony space. The aircon worked well and there was a microwave and small area to make food, with cups, plates, and cutlery provided. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and the showers had nice hot water. The guesthouse is located in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of eating options nearby. We especially enjoyed the lovely rooftop where we could sit and watch the sunset.

There was nothing I didn't like about our stay 😊.

As a solo traveler, I really liked the free upgrade to a king room and the comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and there were communal areas to relax in. The location was convenient with nearby food stalls, a 7-Eleven, and laundry services.

Great value for money - the room was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. The staff at the guesthouse were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with more variety.

The location was favourable in the lovely garden and the staff here was very very helpful. Besides, it was just next door to the main shopping centers as well as Ban Kong Rao for a couple of nights at the end of Jan/start of Feb.

The most pleasant time of year is October to February, with lovely temperatures and light breezes. The restaurant offers an innovative menu blending Thai and Western flavors. Free amenities include breakfast, grocery shopping service, and a rooftop terrace. Conveniently close to a shopping center.

Who needs free Wi-Fi and a hair salon? Not me!

Stayed here for a few weeks and it was amazing! The place has such a lovely character, with balconies to chill on and a roof space for morning yoga. Supermarket nearby, lots of different restaurants and cafes. Road noise was not disruptive. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. The room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed and a decent warm shower. We even booked a fantastic Thai cooking course through the hostel. The reception/chill area had lots of beautiful plants that added to the atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable with a good balcony space. The aircon worked well and there was a microwave and small area to make food. The showers had hot water and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

The location in a fairly nice area was marvellous and absolutely perfect and there were shopping malls and a market nearby. Could reach the bus stop within 15 minutes’ walk.

The hotel was quiet little with contemporary rooms and I enjoyed very welcoming staff.
