The hotel restaurant was surprisingly good value, especially at lunchtime with simple but well prepared food at extremely reasonable prices for a place of this kind.
We were lucky enough to spend two nights in this hotel this week at a very low price, thanks to a discount fare website.
Just returned from a business conference here and found that for business travelers, the value and functionality of the hotel didn't seem to match the fairly high price (for that area).
Since parking garages charge you a lot of money in this nice area and this hotel is very good.
The hotel has a good location, and is close to most things you might want to see in Baltimore-e.
The location was perfect, very close to the inner harbor and all the stadiums, but pretty quiet right outside the hotel.
We all liked the location of the hotel, across the harbor and a little bit away from the hustle and bustle over there.
Water taxi ($8 per day) is located at the Marriot to travel to main harbor place.
7) If you want to avoid lots of walking, take a water taxi.
The bedroom was huge with a king bed, day bed, workstation, dresser and a 37-inch flat screen TV -- and the sleep timer on this one actually works!
My request for double beds was mixed up as I was greeted with "we were able to get you a king size bed," my phone had so much static I could hardly hear anything and my shower wouldn't drain.
We were very pleased with the size of our room; we stayed in a Deluxe Waterfront view room with a king size bed.
The bed was very comfortable and we were able to get a refridgerator and microwave in the room free of charge.
The room was slightly dated but nice none the less and the bed felt very clean and crisp.
There are several restaurant choices within 1 block of the hotel, and the hotel offers a Starbucks/deli for light breakfast and snacks.
And our waitress at the restaurant at breakfast was AWOL when I needed our check.
The hotel's location is fantastic and they are really close to a lot of restaurants and stores (Filene's basement, Little Italy, ESPN Zone, PF Chang's, seafood restaurant, etc.
We didn't eat at the hotel restaurants but did have something from the bakery/deli right next to the main lobby.
The quality of the food at the hotel restaurant was tremendous and a pleasant surprise.
The staff I interacted with - the concierge, the bell hop, and the receptionist - were all pleasant and efficient.
The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay as were the concierge, bellhops and valets.
Great position, the best location to stay in Baltimore and the front desk staff were courteous and efficient.

The lobby is absolutely gorgeous, the beds are fantastic and pool also get high ratings.
The pool and health club were great and the lobby food concession was both affordable and great quality.
And if you want to check out the indoor pool, try to go early in the morning if you want to swim before the younger ones get there.
It was VERY clean and the beds were comfortable.
The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent and the pool was warm enough for the kids.
The view is breathtaking ( we were facing the harbor ) and the room was very clean.
Our room was clean and spacious with a partial view of Inner Harbor.
Bathroom was spotless and the food was good.
