        Central location and nice friendly staff Good value Quite close to town. I stay at the baltimore in preference to other hotels in Middlesbrough as is comfortable and wireless internet is free as is parking is always a plus. The breakfast is a must big fresh portions and lots choice.

        The reception area looks lovely and the reception staff are friendly, i stay at the baltimore in preference to other hotels in Middlesbrough as is comfortable. Service is good, the bar is nice.

        On a busy road even on sunday and not worth the money to be honest. Low water pressure to bath, breakfast is a bit expensive.

        Great location within easy access of the town centre and the staff are welcoming. Breakfast is very good.

        Very poor internet connection and this makes impossible to use the hotel for business, temperature in shower very difficult a thermostat should be installed.

        Friendly, nice atmosphere and good service. Clean rooms and great food. Perfect poached eggs [two each.

        And its a fairly quiet location and price seemed a bit high. Tv was an old style portable on a trolley below bed height.

        Inside the hotel was very pleasant, staff were excellent was my daughters wedding and the bathroom was very spacious and overall the room was spotlessly clean. Food was good.
