Baltic Hotel Imperial

The location couldn't really be improved and the hotel is situated in legendary old town makes you feel kind of special.

The hotel location was good - very close to the main square, but not too close as to be disturbed.

Great location close to the river, worked very hard to make our stay pleasant and staff are welcoming and friendly.

Friendly hotel well placed for the old town and railway station, easy taxi ride to airport.

The location is great and quick taxi trip to the bus station or the ferry pier---about $9.

During our stay we frequently had no toilet paper, towels only changed twice, bedding never changed, room not cleaned at all and the bathroom began to smell by the end of 6 days.

Our room was spacious and nicely furnished, and the large, modern bathroom featured a huge bathtub.

The hotel staff were friendly, the breakfasts were good and our room was spacious and comfy, with very a comfortable bed.

Our room had free wifi, available throughout hotel, a mini bar, cable tv, hair dryer etc but did lack tea and coffee making facilities which would have been nice.

We were lucky to get one of their best rooms -- a large corner room on the 2nd floor with five windows overlooking the street and offering a great view of the old city.

Breakfast offered the usual spread of food, but served in more pleasant surroundings than usual: a comfortable and spacious room of the hotel restaurant.

Other amenities in the hotel was a good bar (tried and tested) a sauna (sadly not tried) and a restaurant specialising in cheese dishes, again not tried and tested by myself but seemed consistanly busy with locals!

We didn't eat at either of the restaurants in the hotel, but the cheese restaurant looked great.

The hotel bar was tastefully decorated and sported a fine restaurant and cheese restaurant.

The city was tourist friendly with pleasant restaurants, interesting shops, lovely streets, and beautiful museums.

The staff of this hotel is 's best asset, made me feel right at home and service - all is just fabulous.

The service was great, the door separating the 2 rooms was not even closed and the bar staff in the evening were very pleasant.
