Large beds, friendly staff, great location. The hotel’s setting walking distance to everything we wanted to explore, like sea life blackpool. We often went to Tony's Grill to pick up some food. We appreciated it and didn't want to leave...

I had a fantastic stay at a guest house in this city. The location was great, with a car park just yards away at the bottom of the street. The deluxe room was superb, with a very comfortable bed that ensured I didn't wake up with a sore back. The bathroom was large and modern, with a spacious shower. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the hotel was clean and tidy, providing everything I needed for a good stay. Great location in the heart of the city, just a short walk to all the main attractions. The room was exceptionally clean, with nice decor and all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The friendly and welcoming host made us feel right at home. We enjoyed chatting with her during our stay.

The rooms were starting to show signs of wear and tear, with some issues like a loose toilet seat and a noisy bed. The curtains didn't fit the window properly, which affected the overall appearance of the room.

Great location close to attractions and easy to navigate around the area. The breakfast served was delicious, and the coffee was freshly brewed. The beds were also comfortable to sleep in.

The room was far from being enjoyable. It was damp, with a weird smell, and the curtains didn't fit the windows properly.

We really got our money's worth at this charming little guest house in Blackpool. The room was comfortable with a modern bathroom and a great bed that ensured no sore backs. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and a pleasant stroll to the pleasure beach. The owner, Barbara, was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We had lovely chats with her and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The only thing that could make breakfast better would be more flexibility with the choices. The plated-up breakfast didn't allow us to request specific preferences, which could be problematic for those with allergies or certain dietary needs.
