Satisfactory breakfasts, the stay was very nice!

I loved that it was exceptionally clean and ideal, the staff were excellent and rooms were functional. The location was particularly good and perfect for me, in a calm neighbourhood.

Overall had good stay for the holidays. The location was quiet - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. It was an industrial area, a right place for us. The food was LOCAL and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu.

It was reasonably clean, I would stay here again. By and large, it was right place for sightseeing in Marsannay-la-Cote, had much fun. The location was perfect and the staff was efficient during the whole stay!

Variety of food for breakfast, which was reasonably priced to satisfy everyone. There was an exceptionally comfortable bed that I truly enjoyed in the queen room. The hotel had a great position, on a stop over on route to the Alps.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a road trip, and I was quite pleased with my experience. the location is great, situated in a calm neighborhood just south of Dijon. The hotel is conveniently located in a commercial area, making it easy to find and accessible from the motorway. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of air conditioning, which was a blessing during the hot weather. this hotel offers great value for money and I would recommend it for a stopover.

One minor issue with the receptionist's attitude on check-in.

Straightforward hotel with extremely helpful staff for a good stay. Local meals with hot drinks. Clean swimming pool and perfect and peaceful location so close to shopping centres, and the restaurant. Honestly no complains at all.

The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them and the breakfast was exceptionally good, plenty of choice and we sat outside with a view of the lovely hills in the distance and dinner the previous night was quite enjoyable and reasonably priced, despite not being a very wide choice on the menu. The location was within very easy reach of the motorway and we only needed an overnight stop en route to Spain. The beds were large and comfortable and smelled clean.

The location was strange, almost in the middle of a business park, and there were more hotels in the close vicinity so it is obviously a popular choice. The first room we were shown smelled terribly of cigarettes and we were offered another one which had a huge hole in the wall. We accepted the third room offered which was a disabled-friendly room and was more spacious but it had a terrible smell coming from the drains and the bathroom was a sort of makeshift 'wet room' but the water from the shower soaked the vanity unit which was rotten at its' base. The wifi connection also did not work for us.

Satisfactory breakfast with variety of options, pleasant and fairly clean place. Ideal and particularly good location, in a calm neighbourhood. And really close to shopping centres with fast food restaurants and a hypermarket and the restaurant on the other side of the road.

The property is convenient and reasonably clean, offers good breakfasts. A nice size and functional rooms complete with a double bed, clean bathroom plus a pullout sofa. The price is just right - £ 44. The location is perfect and convenient, just next door to the grounds next to the building. Also, it's 3 km from Clos du Roy Garden.
