  The location was great, helpful- the whole visit to the hotel was very enjoyable and friendliness of all staff - for them there was nothing to small or difficult to help. Also the room was spacious and bar was warm friendly. Breakfast were superb, the food at dinner was excellent and i found the gardens to be beautiful.

  Public areas are lovely, the grounds are part of the larger Balbirnie Park offered nice walk in the morning before departing and the peaceful location of the hotel set in its own grounds together. The house is comfortable and staff are very dedicated on serving you to the best of their abilities. Able to control room temp and the food is beautiful.

  Peaceful location, lovely setting and balbirnie House is an exquisite Georgian Mansion. Service is very good and the rooms are ultra large. Meals in Bistro are excellent.

  Pleasant surroundings, we found our stay very peaceful and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms were fantastic, the bar had a very good selection of malt whiskies and the food was excellent. The spa was definitely set-up for romantic encounters.

  I expected great things from some of the 5* reviews on this site and a very pleasant stay. Beautiful building in lOvely surroundings and friendly service. Immaculately clean room, nice library bar and restaurants - was very good.

  Great location for touring the kingdom of Fife, our experience of the hotel was fantastic and the staff were excellent. Also room was spacious, service was very good in Orangery restaurant - expensive.

  Exceptional value for money and excellent wedding venue- the function suites are lovely. The staff couldnt have been more helpful, the rooms are gorgeous and the food in the Bistro is good.

  Uunable to have a quiet coffee area for meetings and spa would then be absolutely heavenly.

  Lovely hotel rooms, great service and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. In addition the bar staff were both accomplished and pleasant, our meal was fabulous.

  An older Country style hotel set in beautiful gardens, the staff are attentive and the rooms are very nice as are the grounds.
