Thank you guys for a real good stay in September after the rush of the summer holidays. Hotel restaurant is nice for breakfast.

Excellent location, basic rooms, good parking and access. Great pool and outside areas for summer use.

Really good place to stay if you do not want to be based in the center of Albufeira. Staff is helpful and the rooms are modern and clean. There are enough enjoyable facilities in the hotel which one can use (outside/inside/children pools, gym, sauna, tennis courts, minigolf...)

Not that this is a major thing but some facilities could be available longer throughout a day (some of them close already at 5/7 PM) and access to the gym could be less expensive.

Very good overall experience. Fabulous hotel, new-fashioned rooms, lovely area. Lovely and unbeatable location to a sandy beach. Units with double bed. A good choice of options, outstanding food.

Spacious rooms with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the area. the friendly staff was a highlight, always going out of their way to assist.

The hotel was in desperate need of a major refurbishment. The communal areas felt dirty and worn out, especially the pool area which had black mould and green slime.

Everything was good, so were nice views over the town. Had unbeatable location grubby in the communal areas. What's more, it was near to old town fab night life, lovely beach and restaurants to be seen here, and Albufeira or a nearby village called Olhos D'Agua.

It was my second stay, it lived up to the expectations, presenting the same level of service as before. Generally quiet, clean, good service offering, friendly staff, excellent outdoor pool. Rooms are great, stylish, functional and reasonably well equipped.

Does not really concern the hotel itself, but i am mentioning this since it happened twice out of two experiences. Spanish guests are tipically too loud, wich can be somewhat annoying. Some people could use more discretion in respect to other guests. Perhaps a more efficient/restrictive pricing policy could affect this positively.

The staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly. The room was kept very clean, with fresh towels and bedding provided. The pool area was lovely and well-maintained, with sun loungers available. Location-wise, the hotel was well situated near a supermarket and shopping area. The shuttle service was a convenient way to get to the nearby town and explore.

The selection of food at the hotel was not great, with limited variety and bland flavors. the air conditioning in the room was inconsistent and sometimes didn't work properly.

The room was spacious and cosy and the staff was always very friendly.

The beds were uncomfortable and my kid's cot was in terrible shape. She slept better with us in our own beds. The indoor swimming pool was pretty small. Missed not having washing machine and dishwasher which with small kids is almost imperative.

The location was great for a romantic escape as it was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was also spacious and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast had a good selection and was tasty.

The hotel facilities were outdated and in need of renovation. The fitness center was not well-equipped and the pool was dirty.

The value of room only was excellent. It is a good idea to price the rooms in this way as it was low season.

The buffet dinner was all that was available, and was overpriced for the quality of food.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the swimming pool during the day and night. The serene atmosphere during my stay added to the beauty of the surroundings. The staff at this hotel were some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and were always ready to assist with any requests I had. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with options for room service, car hire, and even bicycle hire for exploring the area. Additionally, the hotel provided services such as laundry and airport shuttle, which made my stay even more convenient.

The tiled floors in this hotel can be quite slippery, especially when arriving at night. However, it is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience.

When you leave indoor pool you must go outside, you don't have direct access to indoor pool.

The hotel is situated within easy reach of a lovely beach down the coast that can be reached by a daily complimentary shuttle bus. The apartments are spacious with good furniture and kitchen accessories, and the pool is clean and a good size. Breakfast is a decent buffet with both hot and continental options.

The cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement, as bins were not emptied and there was plastic and paper blowing around.
