It's lovely base for visiting some must see attractions in Kuta. The staff are all affable. The restaurant serves delicious vegetarian food.

The property needs improvement.

The location was stunning in a nice area, just next door to water boom park, so perfect for overnight in transit and mall, shopping center, restaurant. The superior queen room I got was included with the air con was better and a towel. The staff were super friendly, overall.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Rooms were reasonably large and fairly quiet, well done!

This hotel was a reasonably priced and ideal place to stay. Units with the terrace. Included climate control, TV set, and a mini bar fridge. The staff were supper friendly as I expected. I spent 2 nights here and loved that.

A kettle and a mini refrigerator inside the superior room were handy. The breakfast was amazing with lots of meals.

The food was nice and there were a lot of dishes in the menu. It was in the central location close to everything.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the airport, mall, beach, shops, foods, and beaches😀

Planned to see Kuta major attractions and it was fabulous base for visiting all of them. The superfriendly and affable staff was much appreciated. The location was stunning and lovely, at a walking distance from Discovery Shopping Mall. Found in the pretty nice area next to the airport, shops, restaurants and beach, restaurants and the mall and convenience store, the hotel offered affordable prices.

It needs improvement and Wi-Fi was very spotty.

I liked this excellent value place, stayed there for 7 nights. The staff were all amicable and excellent co-operating. Comforts of double room on third level were fabulous. The location was stunning and beautiful for traveling around Kuta, near the restaurant, shops and restaurants, and the airport and the Kuta area. Visited Dip Dock Grill & Bar for a few drinks, it was at a short distance from the hotel, recommend.

Wi-Fi was very spotty and all in all it needed improvement.

The location was marvellous, at a walking distance from a watery amusement park. Everything was great, yet a few employees were not so friendly.

The weather was lovely, had PERFECTLY PLEASANT stay in my holidays. When I checked in, double room with balcony was ready. Amazing central location near to south kuta beach, so perfect for overnight in transit, and the center of Kuta.

The Bakung beach resort is conveniently located near restaurants, malls, and the beach. The complimentary breakfast was good and the ambience of the restaurant was pleasant. The resort's surroundings were captivating with beautiful plants and trees, and the bed was comfortable.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Large beds, climate control, TV set and a mini bar fridge in the room. Perfectly clean private bathroom. Unbeatable and amazing location close to the center, and 15 minute walk from a lively water park.

Stain in the room.

It became my favourite place to stay in Kuta. The weather was lovely, had pleasant stay. I ate at a good restaurant.

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

The location close to the beach was absolutely perfect and stunning. The food was appetising with lots of choice! The amicable staff greeted us with a smile.
