The shared balcony lacks privacy and could benefit from the addition of partitions for a more secluded experience.

The hotel is very new and needs to be finished e.g. in the outside garden. The hotel personnel was very friendly and kind. I wish them success with the new hotel and that many people will visit the hotel.

The staff was nice and the room was nice.

A newly built hotel (2009) and still giving the appearence of a construction area. A lot of dirt and sand at the entrance. A complete lamp missing in our bathroom, no hot water in the daytime, only two plastic chairs on the (sandy and dirty) terrace, poor breakfast with problems with machines for juice and coffee. Most appearent was the lack of staff; only one person trying to deal with everything. Thus the reception was without personel and at times in the evenings with room keys unattended.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area surrounded by nature, away from the busy city center. It is close to Cane Malu, a stunning beach that offers a perfect spot for relaxation and sunbathing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with big bathrooms and lovely terraces that provide a nice view of the nearby marine. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and guests have the option to enjoy it outdoors in the garden. the hotel offers a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The hotel does not have wifi or internet access, which can be inconvenient for guests who rely on it for communication or work purposes.

Beautiful new friendly hotel situated in the most amazing position with everything from nightlife to shopping to beautiful beaches, excellent snorkelling, next to a river leading to a charming,historical town with fantastic restaurants and nightlife. I cant wait to return !!!

The room and the bathroom were very nice and comfortable. Good price - quality relation.

The location was not really "romantic", the hotel is brand new and it is not finished yet. No elevator.

We had a truly amazing romantic escape! The scenery was breathtaking and the room was spacious and had a lovely rustic feel. The breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of vegetarian options. The homemade carrot cake was a treat. the staff was superb! They were very friendly and went above and beyond to help us.

Though we loved the hotel, public transportation was limited, so it was necessary to rent a car to explore the area and beaches fully. , the balcony was shared among all the rooms on the floor, which did not offer a lot of privacy.

Breakfast was not good for the price and standing of the hotel. The hotel restaurant had really bad service.

Kind Staff although not so professional; we had to leave the room key at the reception everytime leaving the room. Several times it occured the reception was unmanned and all keys free for anyone to pick up.

The worst Hotel on our trip!!! We got a room on the groundfloor facing a construction site and it seems to be a permanent working area so don´t expect the work to end anytime soon. Also the walls are thin and unisolated, which means you can hear the construction workers, housekeepers, guests and everyone around clearly from early morning till midnight! The worst of all was the ventilation in the toilet! It sounded more than what I assume is allowed. No refill of toiletteries! Breakfast was a joke! The ham and cheese was always finished, we just saw the empty plates. The hot water from the Coffeemashine for tee was disgusting! No internet access except for one computer at the reception that didn't worked when we needed it!

The rooms were not very clean, especially the tiled floors.

The hotel was situated between the seaside of Bosa Marina and the historic city centre of Bosa. The view on the Temo river was excellent. Further the room was large and clean.

The hotel was rather basic and was more or less situated on a desolated spot. Building of hotel facilities is still in progress next to some infrastructural building regarding the river.

The room was nice and clean and staff friendly. Beach was easy to reach, walking distance. Good parking area.

Air condition wasn't really working, no water kettle in the room. Breakfast was ok.. although youghurts had been staying in warm the whole night, wouldn't eat them..Bosa center a bit far.

The rooms are decorated in traditional Sardinian style, featuring double mattresses and large balconies. The rooms also have good air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant temperature even during the summer months. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel includes a variety of commercial items, catering even to vegetarians.

All was satisfactory, leaving us with a pleasant overall experience.

The hotel had a great location - close to the beach, bars, and town. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff were helpful and friendly. Cleanliness was also impressive.

Beautiful setting over the river yet very near the beach and lovely clean rooms.Very quiet and relaxing. Staff very attentive and friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Still a bit half built but that didn't spoil our holiday at all.
