The locatios is very accessable to places I want to go
Its the breakfast buffet so incomplete, the food is limited no slicebread for other nationalities such as us.

Location was OK and staff pleasant enough.
The room needed a spring clean, heavily laden with the smell of smoking which stayed on my clothes until I got home. It wouldn't be so bad if the rooms were cleaned thoroughly and smelt fresh. Bed covers were old and looked dirty but in fact were clean. With a little investment in refurbishment and because of its good location this hotel could be very nice.

Just a fair accommodation. Needs lot of improvements and some new stuff to add. Location is really good and approach is good to lots of famous places.

Very good location 2 min walk from Riqqa metro station, heart of all the activities of Dubai, close to the airport, value for money, well endowed kitchenette, good room size, decent staff.
very sad "on the house" breakfast, however, many restaurants nearby and also the hotels restaurant serves authentic Irani food in the evenings.

This apartment hotel is at a nice location - easy to move around in Dubai.
The hotel service was not satisfactory - the staff response time was slower than normal - at times had to wait for one hour or more for few requests. The car parking is in basement and if you driving a 4x4, the way is very narrow especially when getting out - its recommended not to go there - rather park outside and pay at the meter.

Basically nothing at all really.Perhaps the good location.
Room not maintain well as you can see bad grouting, shower head holder loose, bedside lamp not working & some of the power pods not working too.You could feel the room was not comfortable & not clean. Breakfast was included but the server & reception had inform me coffee will be charge.Its stupid really as you go to all Hotels, coffee is a basic item to have during breakfast. Hopefully this honest comment will make the hotel better.
