Whereas the Bairro Alto felt comfortably relaxed, service was really excellent and only thing was bad we forgot to leave a tip for room maid.
Moreover great breakfast included in the price.
Many hotels of this quality feel a bit stuffy and staff are extremely attentive.

The location is great, near the ba and Chiado districts, the hotel restaurant is excellent and the roof terrace, too. The staff are generally really good.

Such great design thoughts, helpful staff and the tub was deep and the water stayed nice and hot. S special requirement for gluten free food were very well catered for.

The design is pure and simple sophisticated, excellent service and very friendly police staff.
