Had nice stay for a shopping trip to Cheltenham. It was brand-new, reasonably large and with tissues.

Everything was really good, spacious room with tissues. Had marvellous location to the Cotswolds. Besides, it was next to the bars as well as Cheltenham Racecourse.

we stayed in a twin room which was en suite and new-fashioned. we had a private bathroom. the position of the hotel was particularly good, on the self service area.

No complains at all, I had a fantastic stay and would love to come back. Efficient staff and particularly good location to Badger Towers, everything was very good.

All the little touches, comfortable furnishings, delicious breakfast, attentive host, comfort above money.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Plus, the garden is a delightful spot to unwind.

There is some noise from the surrounding area that can be heard in the guest rooms. However, this can be mitigated with earplugs.

Great room, clean and spacious, nice view from the window. The hotel is located close to all main attractions, and we appreciated that it was easy to get around on foot. The breakfast was alright, but the best part was the unlimited coffee.

They greeted us without any genuine warmth, and it was clear that they were simply going through the motions. It felt like they were too busy with other things to pay attention to us, and we felt like nothing more than a number.
