as for me, the location was particularly good and perfect, close to all the main attractions as well as the lakes and all the main attractions in rotorua. the room was cheap, neat with a large bathroom.

We loved staying at this place! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff here were incredibly welcoming and provided us with the best service. Our room was always clean and tidy, with fresh towels every day. It had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, and a kitchen with cookware and utensils. We also enjoyed the comfortable sitting area and dining table in the room. The jacuzzi in the garden area was a great addition and provided a relaxing experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and we appreciated the on-site car park and luggage storage facilities.
We highly recommend this place to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel had a perfect location, just a short walk from the stadium. , it was very close to the best attractions and the main centre. The room and bathroom were comfortable and well-equipped, with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. The staff provided excellent service, and they were always willing to help with anything you needed. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Lastly, the view from the hotel was breathtaking, making for a truly unforgettable experience.
There was no laundry service available, which made it a bit difficult for those who needed to do some washing during their stay.

Convenient location with easy access to attractions and downtown. The room had a new carpet, which was a pleasant surprise.
Although the room was in need of an upgrade, it was okay for a one-night stay. The highlight was the spa pool, despite it being in need of some repairs.
