  The location is fantastic, the hotel is very cosy and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, restaurant is is amazing also and pool are great.

  The view from our room and restaurant is wonderful, some really nice finishing touches around the hotel like the stepping stones on the way in. All staff are friendly and beautiful teak furniture and marble sunken bath. The pool is lovely also.

  The pool area was exceptionally clean and beautiful not to mention quiet, services were brilliant and the hotel has fantastic views over the bay, the staff were all very efficient and friendly. Room was cleaned every morning and obviously the food was great.

  The restaurant has a very pleasant view of patong beach, absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life and the staff are also quite friendly. Excellent and the rooms are clean and spacious, pool is lovely.

  Some rooms have very nice views, this hotel is amazing and bed is Thai hard and the dressing gowns need a good dry cleaning. Gay friendly is a plus.

  The views over patong at night dining on the terrace were great, the hotel car and driver were waiting for us just outside arrivals, the service at Baan Yin Dee was excellent. Bed was very comfy and the food was remarkable. Lunch by the pool was delicous and dinner was quite good as well.

  Really good position, five minutes to the beach and five minutes to town, great place, staff very attentive, worked hard to be helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean, the Thai food was delicious.

  Our room had a balcony that has spectacular view over patong, the value for money was wonderful and the staff were friendly and responsive. The bath was huge and very deep, the food at the restaurant was very good.
