Mind-blowing hilltop location with jaw-dropping views of the beach, super helpful and friendly staff, clean and charming traditional Thai-style rooms with gigantic bathtub, good breakfast with international options, free shuttle service, beautiful swimming pool with bay view.

Our hotel was located near to tourist attractions like butterfly sanctuary. Every day we enjoyed the fantastic view. The venue was placed near the beach. An easy walk to a bus stop.

The hotel building is beautiful. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like shine pizza and bar that was only 10 minutes' walk away. The pool was useful during our weekend. The property has a free parking onsite: )

The room was abolsutely amazing. Definately 5*. The hotel staff and services were brilliant and the hotel has fantastic views over the bay. The pools are brilliant. The hotel is set up the hill which is a nice get-away from the hustle and bustle of the main Patong Beach

I chose Baan Yin Dee Boutique Resort Phuket - Sha Plus because of its convenient location near Patong Beach. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities and services offered. The 24-hour reception, wireless internet, restaurant, bar, room service, outdoor swimming pool. The signature dishes, especially the Lamb basil on a hot plate, were absolutely delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my journey in amazing Thailand.

Staff is extremely unprofessional.

We booked it to be away from but close enough to Patong beach. We had a pool suite and it was just as the photo's described. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast's excellent. As previously stated it does need some updating on the exterior, paiting etc. The pools are very clean, the bed good. The timber floors do creak in area's and no flat screen tv in our room but this was of no concern to us. They have a shuttle [car] to run you into Patong at various times through the day. You catch a tuk tuk home at a price of 200 BHT...no more. There are tea and coffee facilities though it is not advertised. The view from our room and restaurant is wonderful. We will stay here again. Go to Lily's bar at the o Top, great!

I discovered the joys of Baan Yin Dee Boutique Resort, with its magnificent views of the Adman Sea and elegant Boran Thai inspired decor. I enjoyed the direct access to the swimming pool, and the extensive gourmet menu at the on-site restaurant.

Only the small inconvenience of contracts based upon incorrect information being displayed. Quite amusing, really.

a small quiet hotel

it's quite old and far from the beach. you have to pay 1.000 baht per day for 2 visits (morning and night) in patong. altough i paid in cash the extra drinks they charged me double, charging my credit card as well

The hotel is very cosy, and the rooms authentic. But....

The room we got was very smelly, so we had to change room. In the other room there was a cockroach! The hotel was not willing to compensate for early check out - we agued for several hours before they finally agreed to compensate 3 out 5 days. (we only stayed there 1 night)

I recently stayed at a peaceful resort in Phuket for a few nights. The location was great, just a short ride away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even helped me surprise my partner for his birthday with balloons and a cake in the room. The beds were comfortable, the pools were gorgeous, and the view of the city was breathtaking. it was an awesome place to stay!

Room was much bigger than we thought it would be from the pictures. bed was very comfy. Some really nice finishing touches around the hotel like the stepping stones on the way in and plants and thai decor were lovely.

the hotel was absolutely amazing! the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and even left a surprise for our engagement. the rooms were clean and the facilities were in great working condition. the location was perfect, with nearby access to patong beach and bangla road. we will definitely be coming back here next year.

Breakfast got repetitive.

Resort was small and quiet (about 20 rooms). Very nice. Rooms were nice and spacey enough. Specially first floor rooms with nearly pool access. Many nice beaches near by. Patong beach far enough to guarantee good night sleep.

Resort is near the busy street. Propably not good with small children. Beds are hard (like they always are in Thailand hotels?) You can hear everything from the rooms next to you.

We stayed in a boutique resort located atop a hill providing stunning views of the beach. It's a quiet location just outside the main area, but the hotel offers a free shuttle service multiple times a day. There is also a convenient store nearby. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with an authentic Thai atmosphere. The well-kept swimming pool and on-site restaurant were a plus. The staff were welcoming and efficient.

The bathroom in the room lacked cleanliness and gradually showed its age.
