Wow! My stay at this resort was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was perfect - just a short walk from the main road and the bustling shops, yet it offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The free wifi in the room was super fast, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The outdoor swimming pool was jaw-droppingly beautiful, and I loved lounging on the sun loungers while soaking up the sun. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable - they even provided two complimentary bottles of water every day. Being only a 10-minute drive from the airport and just a quick walk across the street to the beach was incredibly convenient. If you needed anything else, there was a supermarket just around the corner. this resort exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to go back again soon!

The decoration of the hotel was simply charming. The traditional Thai design and colorful accents created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas, such as the lobby and pool, were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The pathways were well-lit, making it easy to navigate, and the staff were always willing to assist me when needed.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a designated area for quiet relaxation. While the hotel had a lovely pool, it would have been nice to have a tranquil space where senior guests can unwind without any distractions.

Honestly, the only thing we wished for was a cool rooftop bar or a party area at the resort. It would've been awesome to have our own spot to have a wild night without having to leave the resort.

I recently stayed at a lovely resort in Chaweng Beach and had a wonderful experience. The staff at Baan Rom Mai Resort were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of the main bars. The resort had beautiful gardens and surroundings, which were spotlessly clean. The room itself was perfect, and I highly recommend opting for a bungalow with AC. The pool area was quiet and private, surrounded by lush greenery. Additionally, there was a convenient mini mart next door and a fridge in the room. it was a basic but comfortable place to stay and I will definitely be returning next year.

We were super close to the Samui Crocodile Farm and the Chaweng Thai Boxing Stadium, which made our adventure-packed days even more awesome. The staff was really cool and the place had a chill vibe. Can't wait to come back!

The only thing we wished for was a livelier atmosphere at night. As young party-goers, we were craving some wild nights out on the town.

We had a great stay at a small and budget resort nearby Chaweng. The staff at Baan Rom Mai were friendly and welcoming. The resort is conveniently located near Chaweng Beach and has its own swimming pool. The standard room was worth the money and we enjoyed spending time in the small ground in front of the resort entrance with the owner's lovely dogs. I highly recommend this value resort for those on a budget.

Lovely, clean pool; friendly and helpful staff; great location close to main area of town but away from noise; good-sized rooms with comfortable beds and air conditioning; amazing swimming pool; nice quiet area with restaurants and shops nearby.

The outdoor pool with pool bar was a great place to cool off and enjoy a refreshing drink. We felt like we were lounging in our private oasis, sipping cocktails under the sun.

I chose Baan Rom Mai Resort because it was conveniently located near the Mary Help of Christians Church, which I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the ticket service at the property. It made it easy for me to purchase tickets and explore other nearby attractions. The staff was helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Minor things - More plug sockets and a bedside lamp would have been a plus.

The rooms are simply furnished but cozy, with a seating area to relax. Whether it's air conditioning or a fan, you'll be set for a comfortable stay. The attached bathroom with heated shower facilities is a bonus for those chilly mornings. I like how the rooms feature private balconies, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or reading a book.

Personally, I'm not a fan of the tile/marble floor in this twin room.

Had a lovely time at this hidden gem. The restaurant served delicious Thai dishes and the free Wi-Fi kept me connected. Enjoyed a refreshing dip in the spa pool.
