Good location next to the grocery store, kind hotel staff and modern building.

This was a fantastic hotel in a good location.

Only drawback was its location, about a 20 minute walk into town, and the bus service was not very reliable.

We flew into Treviso airport and because there were no taxis available, we managed to get the number 6 bus into the centre of the town, and from there we got a taxi to the hotel at a cost of 5 euros.

Travelling back to the airport the hotel tried to get us to use a taxi but we wanted to try the train/bus approach.

We had a large king size bed and a large bathroom (with a lame shower that would not close).

The staff were great, the room was a good size as was the bathroom.

The room was fantastic (we got offered an upgrade to a suite for 25Euros a night.

A jazz group played on the terrace and kept us awake when we went to bed early at 11 pm after a long day which was to be followed by an early start.

We did have a problem with the tub, it wouldn't drain, for some reason these Vicheroy tubs in italy are defected we encountered the drainage problem once at the Best Western in Siena, which I warn yo to stay away from.

We ate dinner twice in the restaurant and had the €10 breakfast every morning.

We also ate at the restaurant at the hotel for dinner (2 times) and breakfast (once).

All of the meals were good and the breakfast despite its price of 10 euros was an excellent value and we did not need to eat another large meal for the entire day.

Treviso is a charming city, the common areas of the hotel are very nice and reception staff could not have been more helpful.

What a great hotel reception staff where fantastic and heplful only a short train ride to Venice and Treviso it's self is a nice place.

The hotel was wonderful, reception Staff were brilliant and the rooms were spotless and spacious.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful, service were both good and the room was very nice also.

We loved the stay -- the hotel and facilities (pool, great gym) are wonderful.

Also pool facilities are very limited and extra spa facilities are expensive to use.

In fact, the only member of staff who broached a smile throughout our stay was the gentleman in charge of the pool/gym, who had to explain to us that the pool closed at 2 p.

We had a free upgrade to a Junior suite which was clean and very comfortable (use of slippers + fluffly housecoats inc).

The rooms were spotless and spacious with everything we could want.

Overall the hotel was good, the staff were polite and the room was extremely clean.

Clean comfortable room and good breakfast.

Moreover the rooms were spotless, the breakfast its price of 10 euros was an excellent value.
