Excellent location to explore Nice and the parking place is near the hotel. The lobby is comfortable and breakfast is very good.

Overall status of the building is very bad, rooms are small and sofa is not clean.

The location was ideal for everything and B4 Nice Park was excellent. Clean hotel centrally located to everything, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the suite was quite spacious and the air condition in the bedroom side was not working. Breakfast was very good.
