Comfortable hotel with helpful staff, close to restaurants and an amusement park. The fairly clean bathroom and pet-friendly and reasonably large room. Lots of good options for meal. The location was convenient and perfect and beds were comfortable. Easy check in and late check out. Free internet, parking close to the venue.

Peaceful location as close to amusement park as I would have liked. Based just next door to shops in area, close to interstate, roads and restaurants 5 minutes up Brook Road.

The location of the property was convenient and easy as we were near restaurants 5 minutes up Brook Road, malls, short pump and chesterfield and Restaurants and shopping malls.

We were pleased to find pet-friendly and reasonably large rooms at this affordable hotel. The room with kitchenette. Eggs and sausages provided in the morning. The service was courteous, including an easy check-in. Was the best base for christmas.

Affordable hotel.

A very nice stay on a business trip. The hotel with beautifully decorated rooms, in a safe area, to all activities we did. Helpful staff, free wake up service and ironing. Plenty of options for breakfast including eggs, toast and hot waffles. The pool area is nice too.

All in all perfect and magnificent location, adjacent to malls and an affluent suburb of Richmond, with shopping and restaurants 5 minutes up Brook Road and downtown. Helpful and extremely friendly staff throughout.

The property was reasonably priced and cool with very amiable staff. In overall the room was pet-friendly and decent sized and with comfortable beds. Everything was fantastic as expected, even so the bathroom was terrible. The location was comfy and decent - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go.
