We had the most amazing few days there. Relaxing hotel, we truly enjoyed the HELPFUL staff and silent room.

Variety of spicy food at breakfast time. The staff - very friendly and professional. Unbeatable location to the downtown area on the river, easy to get anywhere. And short walk to the stores, shops, dinosaur BBQ and the majestic Hudson and restaurants and meetings and the downtown shops and restaurants.

Newly decorated and reasonably largeroom with really comfortable beds and coffee makers, for example as advertised.

Everything was great, the parking was onsite, the room was clean and immaculate. Greatly enjoyed our room that was been recently renovated in a tasteful decor and available with really comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, television.

I loved the complementary coffee and snacks, it made me feel at home. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Troy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were well equipped and silent. The hotel is centrally located, with some rooms offering a lovely view of the Hudson river. The surrounding area has undergone a positive transformation with pubs, cafes, restaurants, and even a locally owned bookstore. It's a great location for exploring the river, visiting the farmers market, and enjoying delicious meals at nearby restaurants.

Nothing bad to say. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

Close to my business meeting in Troy the next day. Free WiFi was useful. Useful to be able to grab a breakfast as part of my rate. Not a great breakfast, but at least 2 or 3 hot choices & yogurt and commercial granola in addition to the usual cereals & not-very-good-looking muffins. I didn't expect a moderatelt priced Best Western to provide terry cloth robes. A nice touch.

A couple of minor housekeeping issues. Room had been cleaned & readied, but it was disconcerting to find someone else's shirt hanging in the closet. The cleaner should have removed that. Also, they left the bathroom tissue box with very few tissues in it.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for its convenient location right downtown. Situated just off the highway, it's very near Troy center and allows easy access to shops and restaurants. The recently renovated rooms are tastefully decorated and provide many welcome amenities, such as comfortable linens and two beds. The breakfast spread offers a nice variety of options to start the day with.

My stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

The beds were very comfortable. Very nice toiletries. Plenty of towels. Nicely appointed room. Good, free wi-fi in the room. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I liked having access to hot water, a selection of teas in the afternoon. There was a complementary breakfast which I could have tried, but I preferred to sleep in the cozy bed!

Only one tiny problem -- the refrigerator motor was too noisy so we just unplugged it.
