Clean, modern, spacious rooms. Great location near beach and town center. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful views and sunset. Good amenities such as spa bath and parking.

We had an amazing stay here! The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel facilities were excellent with in-room extras like makeup remover, plunger coffee, and a range of tea options. The room was kept really clean every day, and we loved the free DVDs and Sky TV provided. The location was ideal, just across from the beach, close to lots of lovely dining options, and with easy access to transportation.

The room at B-K's Premier Motel Esplanade felt just like home! The cozy king size bed and La-Z-Boy recliner made me feel so comfortable. The kitchenette had everything I needed, including a fridge, stove top hobs, and a microwave. Plus, the free WiFi was a bonus!

Personally, I didn't love the spa bath or shower. But hey, that's just my preference!

We had a great value for our money at this motel. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the harbor. The staff treated us well and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The morning meal could be improved with larger plastic bags for the bins.

The location was pretty good, with a shopping center nearby and several dining options around. It was also close to a golf course, which was nice. The room we stayed in was tidy, but there weren't many facilities available. The view from the window was pretty ordinary. Staff were friendly enough, but we didn't try breakfast as it did not seem very appetizing.

There was no air conditioning, and it got pretty hot during the day. We couldn't cool the room despite closing the curtains and leaving the windows open;

The newness & cleanliness also proximity to Petone's Jackson St for cafe & dining which was easily walkable.

The wardobe / storage cupboard is too small for clothes & the ironing board which was stored in there.

New, clean, well-designed rooms. Great view of the harbour. Best shower I have seen in New Zealand. Highly recommended.

Immaculately cleaned and spacious rooms

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms. The comfortable beds and pillows. We enjoyed walking down Jackson Str which is nearby and has many and varied restaurants. We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and of the hosts, Ivan and Annette. We loved the view of the ocean from our room. We liked the free parking and free wifi. All in all a lovely stay and we certainly look forward to returning in the not too distamt future.

We had a wonderful stay at a motel in a great location. The accommodation was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. The motel is conveniently located for catching the ferry the next morning. The room had comfortable beds and a relaxing spa bath. I highly recommend this motel for a pleasant stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was absolutely fantastic. Being right on the Esplanade with the beach just across the road made it so convenient for me to enjoy walks along the coast. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-appointed. I especially loved the comfy bed and the view of the harbour from my room. Lastly, the staff provided excellent service and attention to detail. They even upgraded my room when I had an issue with the bed.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed!
