We had a wonderful stay at a lovely villa managed by kind owners. They were extremely helpful in accommodating our needs, especially with our 1-year-old baby. The rooms were amazing, offering a beautiful view of the Tuscanian Hills. The amenities provided, such as different flavored soaps and body lotion, were a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast served was fantastic and the staff went above and beyond to assist us.
Hard to think of anything 🤔

Very nice remodeling. A bit noisy because next to a main artery but this means readily available access to the city. All in all very good value for the money. We very much enjoyed our stay. Very courteous staff.

It's close to Lucca, and it's nice.
The noise of the cars nearby and especially the fact that I couldn't pay by credit card (with which I had made the reservation) becuase there was a problem with the internet and it wasn't solved. When I got back to Spain I had to transfer the money, which implied wasting my time and paying 3 euros for it.

The room was spacious and well-decorated, with a charming vibe that made me feel right at home. The breakfast spread was delicious, with homemade cakes and jams that were simply irresistible. The location was perfect, being close to various attractions and providing easy access to the rest of the city. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay much more comfortable.
The noise from the busy street outside was quite bothersome. With the windows open, it was hard to find peace and quiet, especially during the day.

The staff was excellent and very very helpful with catching the bus to lucca. There was free wifi on site which is wonderful. There is a cafe and gelateria next door where we had a free breakfast. The bus to lucca was only 1 euro. There are maps any other brochures about the area in the hotel for free.
On weekends the bus only comes like every 4 hours. You have to hold the shower head, there is no post for it, so showering is pretty messy, theres no curtain, so water got everywhere.

I felt so posh staying in this historical villa with hotel-like comfort. The garden was a bonus, perfect for a relaxing breakfast. The frescoed lounges were a sight to behold.
Who needs a peaceful sleep when you can hear the lovely sound of passing vehicles all night long? Zzzzz.

The hotel is conveniently located for those traveling with a car, as it is only 5 minutes from Lucca and 20 minutes by car from the center of Pisa. Guests can easily explore both cities and their attractions. Additionally, the villa offers a beautiful view of the Tuscanian Hills, providing a picturesque backdrop for guests to enjoy during their stay.
There is no reception at night, which may cause inconvenience for guests arriving late or needing assistance during those hours.

We loved the spacious rooms and excellent bathroom, perfect for our family with 2 small kids. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was ideal, situated between Lucca and Pisa, with easy access to both. The villa had a beautiful green garden with scenic views, and there was plenty of parking available. The on-site restaurant recommended by the hosts was just moments away and offered delicious meals. excellent value for money and a delightful stay.
We felt extremely welcome and had no reason to complain.

Mostly the hospitality shown bt Anna, she made us welcome, and went out of her way to assist us, by even suggesting and booking restaurants fro us.
This is a not a complaint but just a suggestion, going for breakfast at a nearbyPasticeria, can be dangeous on the very busy road, with no pavement and surely not a pleasant experience in Winter. A suggestion I can make is for the hotel to provide a basket breafast in the rooom.

I felt like a movie star admiring the Tuscanian hills from my comfy room. The amenities were so fancy, I wanted to take them all home. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful.
Oh, the broken floor tiles in my room made me feel like I was in a disco. Such a fun surprise!
