Everything was fantastic.

This budget B&B is great for short stays. The central location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from public transport and the Colosseum. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, and a supermarket is conveniently located across the road. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the friendly staff is happy to assist with anything you need.

The breakfast options are limited with not much variety.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was incredible. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, especially considering the excellent location in a great area of the city. The staff were extremely attentive and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. The rooms even had a balcony with a small garden, which was a delightful touch. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included in the price was a fantastic bonus.

We particularly loved having an air-conditioned room and a patio with comfortable furniture, which allowed us to relax and enjoy a glass of wine after a long day of exploring. the location of the B&B was fantastic, with close proximity to Termini station and a variety of great restaurants. We highly recommend trying Trattoria Cecio for their warm service and authentic food.

While our stay at this B&B was overall excellent, we did encounter a few minor issues. The walls in our room could use a fresh coat of paint, and the bathroom door was unable to close or lock.

We had a wonderful stay at B&B Leoni Di Giada. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help us with anything we needed. They even went above and beyond to fix our Wi-Fi issue promptly. The cleanliness of the shower room and bedroom was impressive. We felt comfortable and well taken care of during our time there. it was a great experience and we definitely plan on returning to this lovely place next time we're in town.
