Good area, central location not far from nutella, historical centre and the train station. Breakfast with option of bacon, the sweet side-pastries and yoghurt.

I recently had a great experience at this hotel during my visit to Udine. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and efficient. The modern and stylish lobby and restaurant added a nice touch to the overall ambiance.

I found everything about this hotel to be satisfactory and there was nothing that I did not like.

Location was really great, the staff were friendly! We dined out at Tellme Pizza, set next to the hotel. The owner upon arrival was helpful. We appreciated this property.

Our room was fine and spotless with good bathroom amenities, just what we needed. The location of the hotel was marvellous and convenient - a 10-15 minute walk from a historic museum.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel welcomed and comfortable. The room was clean and had plenty of space, with all the basic amenities I needed. The location turned out to be much better than I anticipated, as it was quite close to the historical city center. Additionally, the breakfast was very good, offering a variety of food options.

The hotel was clean and the facilities were adequate.

Not sure why this 4* hotel was much worse with less facilities than the other 4* hotels i stayed in during my trip. This could say more about the rating system than hotels though. Staff were polite but not great. Failed to deliver on a promise to have our TV repaired. We arrived at a fairly busy time and as there was only 1 member of staff at the desk we had to wait over 30mins to check in. Location is OK. On the outskirts of the town rather than in it. 30min walk from train station and 25min walk into the town centre.

everything was fine, exceeded high expectations, and the staff were excellent and incredibly nice people at all times. the location was magnificent and unbeatable, easy to find-in walking distance to the city center, and my bed was comfortable.

The breakfasts is great with a good choice of food. The location of the hotel in Udine is excellent and incredibly comfortable, not far from many restaurants, town center and the centre of the town.

Our recent stay was a great experience. The hotel was very easy to find with plenty of car parking spaces available. We loved the fact that the hotel was within walking distance to the city center, with great restaurants only ten minutes away by foot. Our room was equipped with everything we needed and was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a great range of options like cereals, danish pastries, fresh fruits, and yogurt.

The aircon setup was a bit confusing as the temperature was set from Reception. we found it tough to get up-to-date directions to find places in the city from staff members.

Dinner and bathroom were very good. Breakfast was also very generous. Finally there was also a parking lot.

The staff was extremely helpful, the receptionist was really helpful. The hotel has a very clear positioning: nothing luxury, but excellent for the price we had to pay. The room was clean, the breakfast was just fine. The location is also excellent, 10-15 mins from Udine city center.

The walls are very well insulated.
