I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the prime location. Being just a few minutes' walk from the Vatican City and within walking distance of all of Rome's central sites, it was the perfect base for exploring the city. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, with comfortable rooms that had all the basic amenities I needed, including a private bathroom. The included breakfast was a real bonus, with a generous supply of food provided by the friendly hosts.

All in all, my stay was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything.

Self-service breakfast flexibility w/baggage storage

A little tough to get to on weekends since some of bus lines run fairly infrequently. Generally need to change buses to go anywhere, but not a huge deal.

This small B&B in Rome exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent, providing basic amenities, comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast all included. The attention to detail was evident throughout, with clean and well-maintained facilities. The location, just a short walk from the Vatican City and with easy access to public transport, was perfect for exploring the city. The staff, especially Sergio, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, providing helpful tips and making me feel at home.

All was great, no complaints here.

Generous breakfast - several types of smoked meets, cheeses, breads, bus (salty and sweet), unlimited coffee. Clean and sufficient bathroom, clean but small room. Location in the very middle of city, apr. 300 m from St. Pietro Cathedral. Although being in the city center, accomodation is quiet.

It is not hotel, but common small flat on the 3rd floor of the apartment building. There are two rooms for rent there. One of the room has now bathroom in suite, but accross the corridor. It can be problem for person who needs to use the rest room more frequently, especially at night. Lease make sure which room you would be given. Everything is also heard from one room to second, so accommodation is not very suitable for making love.. :-).

Very friendly and helpful owner, bathroom very clean, close to train station so it was easy to reach the airport, windows not towards the street so I had a quiet night.

Easter trip

A few positive aspects of the stay were the comfortable beds and the clean bathroom facilities. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was close to some key landmarks and attractions. It was also convenient to have access to a small kitchenette area.

There were some negative aspects that detracted from the experience. The noise level in the building was quite high and disruptive to sleep.

Fabulous Holiday. Excellent value for money. We had both rooms which meant that we had the apartment to ourselves. Great attention to detail, everything you needed was available. The owners were extremely helpful & knowledgeable about Rome, transport & where to eat etc. The kitchen was fully stocked up everyday with variety of food, croissants, cold meats/cheese/water . Very clean, just 10 min walk to St Peter's & the river, then a walk across to centre.

Both rooms have two single beds, which was fine for me but my friend would have preferred a double bed. I guess the singles make it more flexible, for groups.

I like their kitchen where you could make coffee by yourself, and fridge with lots of fruit, water, and other food. The most important thing is it's very clean and comfortble. I like the owner of the B&B, Sergio and his wife helped us a lot while we were looking for our luggage which we lost when we transfered in Moscow to Rome. Without their great help, I think we could not get your luggage back so soon. Sergio even accompany us till 12 o'clock in midnight to wait the dilevery guy. The location is very convenience within 5 minutes walking to Vantican Church and museum.

The room was okay, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent with a variety of options to choose from. The location was close to some attractions and was easily accessible from public transport.

The place was difficult to find. The shower water pressure was very low.

In sa quite location, but within easy access of Rome centre via frequent bus services, walking distance of Vatican city.

The family that was hosting us was ready to welcome us before the check in time specified on the website. Mr sergio have us a map and explained to us how to go to the airport the next day (he gave us tips to go by the fastest and cheapest way).Wheb we woke up z next day, the breakfast was prepared in the kitchen and everything in place (good range of choices for breakfast). The room was lovely and very clean. You have to walk around 7 to 10 minutes to get to san Pietro basilica. The b&b is acty an apartment with 3 rooms: one for the family living there and 2 others for the guests with a shared kitchen.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was in a quiet area away from the tourist crowds, but still within walking distance of St Peter's church and public transport. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast provided each morning was delicious. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and information about the city.

Wow. Our stay at Rome was made superb by our accomodation. our galant host Sergio started to become more of a friend after a week. The accomodations were fantastic with a well sized clean room and our own bathroom. The kitchen and breakfast were perfect with the daily Italian coffee and fresh fruit. The location was great with walking distance from St Peters and a overload of busses that can take you to the mainatractions within 15 minutes. To sum it up absolutely fantastic.
