Non-smoking rooms although smoking was booked. No bedclothes for second bed (couch). Too expensive to contact responsible persons. Extreme heating.

The location of the B-Aparthotel was perfect for us. We found it very convenient to have the bus 27 right at our doorstep, taking us exactly where we needed to go. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with windows that provided a great view. Having a metro station nearby was a plus, making it easy to explore the city. The area around the hotel felt posh and safe, with embassies nearby. The building even had washing machines available, and for those looking for a nostalgic touch, there was even a fax machine! our stay at B-Aparthotel was as expected and enjoyable.

The apartment was better value than a hotel & more spacious.

The apartment was as expected. TV had an error. Check-in and check-out process was simple. Value for money was good. High ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows with a balcony provided a gorgeous view. Contact-less check-in and check-out worked efficiently.

A good and efficient solving of the coming problems inspires respect . The central location was very comfortabel for us too.

The location of this hotel was perfect. It had easy access to the metro, and it was close to all the sights in this city. The hotel facilities, including the parking and transportation, were top-notch. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff was amazing.

Key not available as stated-had to wait 20 minutes for someone to bring it no hairdrier or coffee machine in room, as advertised. Hairdrier eventually brought staff not helpful

Spacious apartments with a luxurious and classic style. Fully equipped kitchen in certain apartments for guests' convenience. Excellent connections to the historical center and public transport. Warm ambiance and homey environment for both short and long stays. Safety features and attentive service provided by a passionate team.

Noise from the lift.

I wanted to visit the Museum of Natural Sciences during my trip to Brussels, so I chose to stay at B-Aparthotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the indoor parking with direct access to the hotel. Besides that, I loved waking up slowly with a good cup of coffee in my dining room or on the balcony.

In theory, cleaning was supposed to be done twice a week, but the room was not being cleaned adequately. Dust started to build up, especially in hard-to-reach places like under the bed.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our apartment at B-Aparthotel. It had multiple seating areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and even enough room to host a party! The cleanliness was impeccable and everything worked perfectly, from the WiFi to the appliances. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk or a couple of metro stations away from the city center.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as outdated furniture and a lack of some amenities like extra mirrors and power sockets, they didn't significantly affect our overall satisfaction with the stay.

The hotel location was ideal for exploring the city. The public transport was easily accessible, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was also quite spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi was fast, which was great for streaming movies. It was also surprisingly quiet, considering how busy the area could get.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that left me disappointed. The room decor was outdated and didn't look very clean.

The room was very well prepared and equiped, and I really loved the terrace.

I have been moved to Appart Hotel Ambiorix at the last minute because the room was not available anymore.
