The location of the house was perfect for me and very pleasant and quiet if you get a room away from the tram.
The lighting in the room is catastrophic. It appears more like dimmed bar lighting. Preparations for the next day are impossible. As long as there is daylight this is possible. In the evening, every single floor or table lamp is practically unusable and only insufficient illumination at one point.
