I had a great experience at this B&B. The staff were extremely helpful and addressed any questions or issues I had right away. The air conditioning was excellent, and the parking facilities were terrific. The location was also convenient, just off the motorway. I was impressed by the staff's language skills and the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast initially seemed lacking and expensive, but when I mentioned it, the staff went above and beyond by promptly preparing a full scrambled egg and delicious dark bread breakfast just for me. It was a delightful surprise.

Friendly and english-speaking staff, great location, just 100-200 meters far from the highway. Good breackfasts. Nice restaurant with high quality food. Shopping center is in 500 meters far from the hotel.

Pillows are thin and hard. Elevator did not work when we arrived. I booked 2 rooms and put remark I want rooms at least on the same floor (booking made 2 months ahead). Before arrival I called hotel and they confirmed me rooms shall be on the same floor. At the end, rooms were on 1st and 3rd floor. Receptionist did not speak english. Breakfest were modest (no eggs, 1 type of cheese).

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in Ravenna. the location is great - situated in a modern residential area, it offers a peaceful and quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, and I particularly enjoyed the lovely view over the park from my room. Lastly, the breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

We loved the spacious room with comfortable beds and the big parking in front of the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly, gave great recommendations, and provided us with discount coupons for nearby restaurants. The location was close enough to the town center for us to get there fast, and the free wifi worked well.

Free breakfast and friendly staff

The hotel had a free breakfast which was decent and saved us some money. The staff were also friendly and helped us with any questions we had. the hotel was located in a convenient spot close to public transportation.

The room was not clean when we arrived and we had to ask the staff to clean it again. The bed was also uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep.
