Azimut Hotel - 聖彼得堡

Nice location and excellent value you're in St Petersburg on a budget.

The hotel location was great and the staff was very friendly.

Bien qu'un peu excentré le long du canal de la Fontanka, good location and one of the best in "price/quality.

4) The hotel is 10-15 minutes walk to the metro and whilst there are buses (and possibly by the time you read this, trams) to get there, getting to/from the hotel by public transport is a pain.

Metro 25 mins easy walk on WIDE pavement to Technologicesky Institute metro BUT you can catch a tram on the corner opposite hotel that stops opposite metro station.

2) Whilst the rooms seemed clean, the housekeeping staff were not super-efficient as they had failed to clean the bathroom on the day I arrived, and forgot to make up my bed a few days later.

I also suspect that some rooms have not yet been modernised, so make sure that you ask for a refurbished room when you book.

Uncomfortable pillows as big as one third of your bed and breakfast was good.

The rooms are tiny and the bathrooms freezing.

Beautiful rooms that were large, 1) The breakfast was fairly good.

Quite small rooms, rather nice Sky bar on the 17th floor and the breakfast is a minimal one.

Prices very high for the service, free wi-fi and good healthy food at the restaurant.

Only that the location was fine, the hotel restaurant food was very good at acceptable prices and front desk was helpful.

The room was clean and nice, the restaurants had good food.

I was travelling with an organised group and whilst I enjoyed my meals in the latter, we found that the restaurant on the 18th floor lacked atmosphere and the staff were surly and unhelpful.

Hotel staff was friendly, front desk was helpful and the water was fine.

The location was great, i found that the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, service was also very good.

Other staff were really polite and helpful, 4) The housekeeping concierge on our floor was nice.

Additionally the reception staff are friendly, furnitures seem a bit old and i liked the buffet breakfast a lot.

Helpful during our stay, excellent price performance and free wi-fi in a lobby.

I stayed here as part of a group and had very few complaints, although finding the lift for the "extension" (Azimut West) can be a bit of a challenge!

6) Whilst there were plenty of gift shops in the hotel lobby, I didn't see any ladies of the night plying there trade there (not that I was looking for them you understand!

The staff very helpful, the upkeeping of the rooms very clean and good, wasn't far from the Italian restaurant was very handy.
