Overall, we were very impressed and thought this hotel offered an excellent value for the money.
If this hotel was outside the Disney complex, it would be a lot more expensive, we felt it was very good value for money.
This hotel was an excellent value for familes!
We go to Disneyland at least twice a year and this was one of the nicer hotels that we've stayed in for the price.
We chose the location as it was right next to the Anaheim Angels baseball stadium.
We picked this hotel for its location due to having concert tickets at the Arrowhead Pond.
We were amazed at every convenience this hotel offers due to its location; but, to also be a very pleasant enviornment.
Cabs were quickly called and it is just a few minutes to all the major attractions.
The hotel is located a fair distance from anything in Anaheim (except for the Duck Pond and Anaheim Angels Stadium), but if you have a car or are willing to catch cabs or the local trolley, you'll be fine.
King size bed room has nice amenities of small refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and quality bath products.
Our room (on the 4th floor) was very spacious with a double height ceiling above the bed, a sofa and small kitchen area with sink, microwave and fridge.
Stayed in two queen bed room for three nights.
I was quite surprised at the reasonable prices for the 2-queen bed room.
We experienced a brief mix-up on checking in where we were directed to a room with a king bed and a hide-a-bed sofa.
We were amazed at the quality of a free breakfast that would have cost us about $10 a person to eat a restaurant.
Complimentary full breakfast served in breakfast room through an honor system (This is not a full-service restaurant as lead to believe by a previous negative reviewer.
The hotel would benefit from a bar to sit in, but there is a bar/restaurant across the road which was excellent.
FOOD: They provided delicious breakfasts in the morning with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, hash browns, instant oatmeal, fresh bagels w/all the fixin's.
GREAT free hot breakfast served daily in the dining area, and hotel was running special when I checked in, so clerk actually reduced my rate by $20.
Very clean rooms and I had wonderful results from the front desk staff on some help for which I asked, just like having a concierge.
The staff @ this hotel were accomodating and the front desk was continuously staffed by various smiling.
Luxury at a very reasonable price, free internet in the lobby and took advantage of the Anaheim shuttle service so we didn't have to.
The shuttle mentioned in previous reviews was not available, although there were 2 large passenger shuttle vans in the parking lot.
No complaints from kids for the heated pool and whirlpool spa (there's no lifeguard on duty).
Unfortunately the high-speed wireless internet only works in the lobby and it was slow and spotty at that.
Also in the future, I would like to requset the hotel to setup some kind of wireless Internet connection for business users.
The room was clean, the breakfast was nice & hot made fresh and the pool was warm.
The hotel's courteous, competent staff and the bathroom was large and clean.
