The reception staff were absolutely amazing, providing top-notch service with a smile! The spacious and clean rooms had a beautiful view of the pool area. The pools and gym were of high quality and easily accessible. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of delicious traditional Turkish items. The staff, especially Yıldırım, were incredibly kind and even took care of my beloved dog. Loved everything about our stay!

We found a hotel located within walking distance from a subway station along with two good malls nearby. The hotel is also near the historical peninsula. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of food. The hotel staff was friendly and obliging.

We experienced constant internet disconnections, with the login procedure required each time. It was also disappointing that the hotel did not provide an invoice upon checkout, despite our request, and we didn't receive it even after numerous follow-up emails.

Went to Istanbul solo, using my own car, for the 2010 F1 Turkish Grand Prix weekend. 1) Receptionstaff was very helpful. 2) I had both breakfast and dinner (since halfboard was included) and the quality of food was very good. 3) Parking facilities are more than enough and free of charge. 4) Location of the hotel is excellent (next to the highway) for someone who wants to go to IstanbulPark for F1, and uses (or rents) a car. For people who want to visit Istanbul and all tourist attractions, it is rather far and difficult to visit city centre (Taksim, Agya Sofia, Galata etc). 5) Most of the facilities are free of charge (wifi, indoor-outdoor swimming pool, gym, tennis etc) which adds a lot of value to the hotel.

1) Although I was solo travelling, I had booked a "deluxe" (as it was mentioned) double room, since I didn't have a choice from the site for a single room. But when I arrived there, I was given a small single room. When I complained to the receptionist, I was given an average discount. 2) Bed, sheets, towels and bathroom were clean, but the carpet and desk was evidently not cleaned at all before I arrive. 3) minibar was empty. 4) the single room has limited but just adequate room in total.

The rooms are clean and the restaurant is excellent. The staff is very friendy. Easy location near highway d-100.

The rooms are very small, there wasn't a lcd tv but a normal one. The housekeeping is very persistent and doesn't speak english. The location is far from any sightseeing.

Very nice, clean hotel with large breakfast buffet. Free use of sauna and swimming pool. Good road connection for people with car.

The location was good for us who had a rental car - I am not sure about the public transport. It's rather remote from the tourist attractions.

We loved the cleanliness. The hotel facilities were also amazing, especially the swimming pool which was large and perfect for sports-lovers. The staff were very friendly and always tried to be helpful. In addition, the location was perfect, close to good malls and the historical peninsula, and a subway station was nearby.

Rooms are a lot smaller than shown on the pictures. Bathroom lights were broken, ac won't cool even when set to 18 degrees on high. Minibar powers off when you leave the room. Cleaners are loud. Very bad location etc.etc.etc stay away

Great hotel for relaxation and leisure! The pool area was fantastic, with two high-quality pools and a well-equipped gym. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of traditional food, really worth trying. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to answer my questions.

The location is a bit remote which made it hard to find nearby restaurants, however, there were a taxi rank and a metro station near the hotel, so it is ok for getting around. the internet connection was poor, and it was frustrating to keep logging in repeatedly.

In order to exercise, Big Pool,Sport Jim,Sauna,Massage facilities are good.

the location and breafast. Breafast time is supposed to begin at 7am, the staff only starts to prepare the breakfast at 7am. This resulted in many hot food not being prepared in time for us.

The gym at this hotel was great, and we enjoyed using it during our weekend stay. The breakfast was also a highlight with a good selection of items and tasty food. The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to public transportation and local attractions.

The spa experience was not relaxing due to noise from the gym above. Also, the Turkish bath was overcrowded and chaotic during our visit. The breakfast staff were rude and unfriendly, which put a damper on our experience. Additionally, there was only one room key policy which made it difficult when one of us left the room. it was a somewhat disappointing stay due to these aspects.

A really friendly hotel, with a good atmosphere and great facilities. Not idealy located for sight seeing, But with the very low taxi rates in Turkey....who cares!?
