The kids absolutely loved splashing in the hot springs and exploring the unique terraces. The natural beauty of the place was breathtaking, and it was a great opportunity for some quality family time.
For dads, it would be great if there were more activities for kids.

Loved exploring the Hierapolis ruins, it felt like stepping back in time. The food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious, a true taste of local cuisine. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially while sipping cocktails.
Oh, and let's not forget the empty pool, what a great way to cool off on a hot day!

The rooms at Ayapam Hotel were absolutely amazing! I loved how bright and cozy they were, making me feel right at home. The jetted bathtubs were a fantastic touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Pamukkale. And let's not forget the furnished balcony that offered breathtaking views - it was the cherry on top! As a solo traveler, these comforts made my stay incredibly enjoyable.
I personally didn't enjoy the shower/tub combination with the jetted bathtub. However, I understand that some people might appreciate this feature, so it's just a matter of personal preference.

My stay at this hotel in Pamukkale was truly delightful. The staff at Ayapam were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk away from the famous Pamukkale hot springs. The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the swimming pool and Pamukkale, making it worth every penny. The hotel also offered a complimentary Turkish tea and swimming until 11 pm, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was a true Turkish feast. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pamukkale. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Ayapam for making my stay so memorable.
Nothing at all! 😊

A new hotel at walking distance from Pummakale and Hierapolis, clean, perfectly maintained, with a good pool and very kind staff. It seems to be clearly the best option in the city.
Supper and breakfast are just fine.

They have their air conditioning on timer so I has to get three times to turn it on because of the hot weather.

The staff at Ayapam Hotel are incredibly helpful. When our bus did not pick us up they followed up with the bus company even though we had checked out. They gave us advice and even took us in to the bus station and got us on another bus. All this was done very proactively - we did not have to ask for anything!

The staff at this hotel provide excellent service and are attentive to detail. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The view of Pamukkale from some of the rooms is really nice. The breakfast at this hotel is delicious, especially the omelette and the homemade cakes.

Staff spoke very good english and the hotel overall was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is right in the centre of the town so it's easy to get around. The pool was a nice plus and wasn't over chlorinated, perfect temperature. They also have a small shop selling selected items, not the usual tourist tat.
Wifi was hard to get a signal but the hotel is new, I told them so they will probably get another router to extend the signal. Perfect place for a wifi signal was on a lounger by the pool, so not too bad :). Also, since the hotel was newly built it has a few rough edges, interior construction is a little rushed in some places (mirrors corners knocked off instead of cut around, towel rail not tightly screwed on, some metal piping found in a drawer, etc). Nothing major as it's new but since the hotel is mostly spotless is does stand out.

The Ayapam hotel was a last minute decision for us as we decided we wanted to go to Pammukale. The staff were amazing, helpful and very welcoming seeing as though we arrived at midnight. We were celebrating our honeymoon and the staff made our room look beautiful with rose patals and flowers. It was a lovely surprise. It was a great hotel in a perfect location, and we would definitely recommend to stay here if you would like to go to Pammukale.

The location was perfect as it was only a few minutes walk from Pamukkale park, and it was situated on a quiet residential street. The hotel was immaculately clean and had great hotel facilities including a big pool and spa. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me comfortable.
Nothing not too like.

The Ayapam is a delightful boutique style family run hotel. It is either new or extensively renovated so everything is fresh and crisp. Half board included breakfast and dinner, and while not extensive the meals were very adequate and likely as good or better than could be found locally. The swimming pool is modern, clean and is as good as it appears on websites. We tried the turkish baths and sauna facilities which were a surprising added feature and very enjoyable. The hotel is situated a short walk to the Pamukkale talentines & adjacent ruins which by themselves are amazing experiences. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful (they all lined up to bid us farewell upon leaving!). Exceptionally good value (especially with half board included) and recommended to anyone considering a visit to Pamukkale.
The hotel has a fitness room which, while appreciated, the equipment is very basic and really not up to a level for a good workout if that was what somebody was looking for after reviewing the facilities. You would be much better to walk further over the talentines and ruins in the park areas. The Ayapam is a little difficult to locate as it is one street back from the main street, although the town is small and after one turnback we did eventually see the hotel sign. The Ayapam would do well to negotiate a site for a sign on the main street to advertise their lovely facility.
