Location: the hotel was really close to the SkyAvenue, and taxi which is RM50. Club suite was airy with comfy bed. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, the check in was easy.

Hotel is recently renovated, with exciting breakfast, and location is excellent not far from GHPO and bus terminal, the Jom Makan cafe and the cable car station. The rooms are big size and airy and have scenic views of the mountains. There is an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with nearby attractions like the premier outlet and Gotong Jaya. Plus, being up the top of the hill provides an amazing view. The rooms are spacious and come with beautiful views, especially those with a balcony. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities provided are sufficient. The breakfast in this hotel is a highlight, with a variety of delicious food and a nice view to enjoy while dining.
The hotel could improve on its signage and directions within the premises.

Old & Pricey. The so called Peak Season does not justify. The entire place was Quiet compared to the really Peak time.

There is no WiFi in the room. Breakfast is getting worse. The toilet bathtub always flood.

The location of Resorts World Awana in Genting Highlands is convenient, and we appreciated the private parking provided by the hotel. The shuttle service offered was a helpful transportation option for us. One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet breakfast, which impressed us with its wide variety of delicious meals to choose from.
