The location was super convenient, just a short walk to both the Winter festival of Symphony Music and the classical concerts at the Plovdiv Philharmonic Orchestras concert hall. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, perfect for hanging out with friends after enjoying the amazing music. We had a blast exploring Plovdiv and the hotel was the ideal base for our adventures.

The only thing we wished for was more nightlife options for us young party-goers. It would've been great to have some recommendations for cool bars or clubs nearby where we could continue the fun after the concerts.

The location of the hotel is superb, conveniently located near the city center and popular tourist attractions. The breakfast served in the hotel's restaurant had a great variety of dishes that catered to different dietary needs. The staffs were very welcoming, friendly, and informative about the city's sights and sounds.

The hotel lacked some amenities like a fridge and water bottles in the room, and there were no outlets near the bed for charging electronic devices. The room we had was a bit old-fashioned in design, with outdated wall colors and wallpaper, and the mattress was a bit squeaky which made it less comfortable to sleep.

The room was cozy and cleaned every day. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to the city center and had easy access to public transportation. There were a kettle and a small fridge in the room, which were very useful.

We stayed at the hotel during New Year's Eve, and it was not a pleasant experience. The walls were thin, and we could hear the noise from the hall and other rooms.
