The short distance to drive to Jusco and Tesco. The staff was polite and warm. Overall it is a nice hotel to stay.
The breakfast was not good, we did not enjoy it. The security at the car park at night is very unsafe, hopefully the hotel management will look into it.

I think this hotel is time for upgrading. My friends were not happy with the fridge not cold, no iron and board. I hope they check to ensure everything is in touch. Been a 4-Stars hotel, expection is higher.

The room at Lacrista Hotel Melaka was spacious and well-maintained. The view from the window was stunning, with sights of beautiful jungles, mountains, and the sea. The hotel also offered a convenient shuttle service to the mall and Bandar Hilir, making it easy to explore the historical sites. The breakfast provided was plentiful and satisfying.

We stayed at this hotel during Thanksgiving. The hotel is in a great location as it is close to many restaurants and shops. The buffet breakfast was complimentary and offered a variety of options. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were outdated, and the bathrooms had an unpleasant odor. To make matters worse, the pool area was not well-maintained and had dirty towels scattered around.
