  Nice view of city and 3-4 blocks to the light rail stations. Has a residential feeling close in walking distance, the suite we stayed in is very modern and clean.

  Very good location and has a residential feeling close in walking distance. Furthermore the bed is evry comfortable.

  Can not express angry at having a room at a hotel, we used the kitchenette a lot) Trash pick up would have been nice.

  The location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, rosie's restaurant was very good.

  Sauna were broken during our stay and sofa in our 1 bedroom suite was rather dated. Sheets were clean.

  Its central location in the city and considerate staff. The bed was very comfy.

  I had a very hard time finding the hotel, elevators were slow.

  The location of the hotel was perfect for the plans that we had and the bed was very comfy and the staff were friendly and helpful.

  For a city centre hotel we thought this one was excellent. The room was large enough although it could have done with one bed instead of the two they had in there - there was a separate seating area so it wasn't a problem though. On Robson Street is great for all the shops and most of the main attractions are within walking distance. We went to the adjoining restaurant (although it was more like an English pub) "Rosies" for our tea one of the days and the service wasn't so great there, but still acceptable and the food was nice too.

  The room was nice and modern, but very tight to get around in. The hotel is in a pretty good location to everything in Vancouver, walking distance to lots of things. I was not told beforehand to check in FIRST before parking my car in the garage which would have saved me some money since if I had registered my vehicle with the hotel first and PAID them the parking rates, they would have offered me a discount. Instead I parked the car in the underground garage, and then paid at the public machine for five days worth at a premium rate.

  When the parking garage became overfull with other private vehicles who were not staying at the hotel I received no assistance from the hotel's front desk since I was connected with RCI.
